Group Exercise Instructors


Raydene Crawford is a group exercise instructor who loves helping people accomplish their goals to get and stay healthy.  She enjoys teaching a variety of classes (with her loves being HIIT training and barre).  Raydene has certifications in group fitness and personal training.  Along with exercising, Raydene loves coaching volleyball, spending time with her family, and utilizing her teaching degree from UT Tyler to homeschool her children.  Raydene is also a certified Doula, assisting women during labor.

Jackie Horrocks teaches Barre Sculpt.  She has certifications in High Fitness and Barre.  Jackie has a Bachelors degree in advertising from Brigham Young University.  When she’s not working out or running around with her three kids, she loves cooking and baking!

Beth Howard has been a fitness instructor at Waco Regional Tennis & Fitness for eight years.  Beth is certified to teach numerous classes, including Dance, Zumba, Group Fitness, Spin, Silver Sneakers, Barre and is also a RYT 200 Yoga Instructor.  Her passion is helping others to stretch themselves physically, emotionally and spiritually by honoring and caring for their bodies and minds.  Beth stresses the importance of breathing and recognizing our bodies attempt to communicate with us.  By using simple but challenging stretching and breathing techniques, Beth helps her students to honor and care for their bodies.  Beth and her husband Charles have been married for over 35 years and have raised four wondering children.  They enjoy traveling and spending time with their Doodles, Ginger and Fender.  Beth has completed numerous marathons, triathlons and for her 50th birthday, completed a full Ironman!  Beth is a motivator, encourager and an inspiration to those who know her.

Laurie Hull has been a group exercise instructor and personal trainer for over 25 years.  She has been married to her husband Dave for over 25 years, and they have three children, Taylor, Jasmine and Fallon.  She most recently earned her 200 Hour Yoga Certification.  Laurie’s biggest passion is hiking and running – which she says she has found to be the cheapest form of therapy!  She has traveled all over the US for marathons, where she has seen the most breathtaking views. 

Misty Ives has been with WRTF since 2007.  She has certifications in personal training and group exercise.

Diane Kallus is a native of Central Texas, growing up in Abbott, where she was always active in sports.  She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Baylor University, and she was an elementary teacher until retiring after 36 years.  Diane has certifications in yoga and Silver Sneakers.  Diane says she feels so blessed to be a part of the WRTF team.  Her hope and desire are to empower and inspire others to keep being active and leading their healthiest life no matter what their age!  In Diane’s spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and loves spending time with her husband, Stephen and two children, Zachary and Rachel.

Alicia Larsen’s fitness journey took her from being a WRTF member to a group exercise instructor in 2010.  Alicia has her certification through AFAA (Athletics & Fitness Association of America) and has been with WRTF for over a decade.  She is also well trained in step aerobics, pilates and yoga.  Her favorite classes to teach are indoor cycling, body shaping and Silver Sneakers.  She strives to keep the beat with fun, choreographed music for her classes.  Alicia, along with her husband Wayne, own a construction company, Larsen Homes & Consulting, LLC.  They love spending time with their 3 kids, grandkids and traveling out of the country to bucket-list beach destinations.

Linda Littlewood has been one of our yoga instructors since 2014. Her user-friendly style has evolved into a practice that is gentle, slow & repetitive, creating a deeply nourishing experience, combining an awareness of breath & alignment which exploring the science and art that is yoga. Influenced by a dance background, Linda has many years experience in body movement. A native of Waco, she performed around the Central Texas area and in Baylor’s Summer Musicals. She owned a dance studio, where she choreographed dance and exercise for children, adults, seniors and later to her students’ children. Linda and her husband Harry have lived on a farm in only 1 house Harry had built when they married. It is now 50 years old! Lots of animals have been yard art, starting with a few goats and five longhorns – all pets, all named. They now care for 3 cats, 4 dogs, 3 horses, 5 chickens and a few goldfish. Working together for 35 years in the retail business, they owned Molitor’s Toy Stores & Feelings Dress Shop. Linda enjoys being outside in sunshine, tending all things that grow. Linda’s interest in yoga began 20 years ago learning from several well-know yoga teachers. She’s grateful to one teacher/friend/mentor, who encouraged her journey to become a yoga. Linda is proud to be a part of Waco Regional Tennis and Fitness and to teach among such a talented group of fitness instructors.

Tessa Michel is one of our Silver Sneakers’ instructors.  She has lived in Central Texas her entire life.  Tessa has certifications in group fitness and Silver Sneakers.  She is a registered dental assistant and currently works in the dental field.  Tessa has two grown sons, and she and her husband live in Waco.

WRTF has such a wide diversity of classes for all age groups!
