Alex Bakhsh
Alex is a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. She is a graduate of China Spring High School and earned her degree in business from Tarleton State University. She was involved in athletics throughout high school, but found her true love for fitness nine years ago when she joined the WRTF family. In 2017, Alex received her indoor cycling certification through Schwinn, and in 2018 she earned her Group Exercise certification through Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She enjoys encouraging people to reach their goals while watching both their confidence and strength increase in the weight room. When she is not at the gym, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Brett (who she met at WRTF in 2013!) and their two children.
Randal Corley
Randal is a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Fitness from Baylor University. Randal holds a personal trainer certification through the Cooper Institute in Dallas. He is an indoor cycling enthusiast with a background in athletic training. His passion is developing individual health and fitness for his clients. Randal and his wife, Emily, share five children and three grandchildren.
Laurie Hull
Laurie has been a group exercise instructor and personal trainer for over 25 years. She holds certifications for both 200-hour Yoga and ISSA PT. Laurie’s biggest passion is hiking and running – which she says she has found to be the cheapest form of therapy! She has traveled all over the country for marathons, where she has seen the most breathtaking views. Laurie and her husband, Dave, have been married for over 25 years. They share three children, Taylor, Jasmine and Fallon.
Christi London
Christi London has taught group fitness since 1997 and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Cooper Institute in Dallas. Christi also holds certifications through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (1997), LeMond Spinning (2003), Schwinn Cycling (2016), Turbokick (2009), SCW Boot Camp (2011), and SCW Sports Nutrition (2014). Christi earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Texas A&M University in College Station. Whoop! She earned her Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls. She also holds a certification through the state of Texas to teach Elementary Physical Education. Along with personal training, Christi teaches Boot Camp and a variety of other group fitness classes. Christi qualified for and ran the Boston 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 Marathons, the 2019 NYC Marathon, and she also qualified for Boston 2019 and Chicago 2020.
Robin Nelson
Robin has been an ACSM certified personal trainer since 2001. She also earned her degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas. Throughout her 23-year career in fitness, she has obtained multiple additional certifications: ACE Group Exercise, SCW Yoga II, AFAA Pilates, Les Mills RPM & Core, Schwinn Cycling, AASDN Nutrition Specialist, Human Energy Coach and Mental Health First Aider. Robin specializes in corrective exercise to find solutions for healthy movement. When you train with her, you can expect to have fun, find your limits and to feel strong, physically and mentally. She is a trainer that is dedicated to positive, overall well-being for her clients and class participants. Robin also teaches group fitness classes and enjoys playing pickleball.
Nathan Roach
Nathan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology with a focus on motor behavior with a minor in coaching from Texas A&M University in 2020. He then earned his Master of Science degree in Kinesiology at the University of North Texas in 2022 and recently began classes to earn his doctorate degree in physical therapy from The University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth. Nathan is passionate about resistance training and has recently been enjoying running. When he’s not training, he says, “I will never turn down a chance to get outside and do something active!” Nathan loves to cook, spend time with his family and friends, and enjoys anything sports-related.
