  • REVISED 5:30 p.m. Thursdays Stretch & Reset w/Michelle has extended from 15 to 30 minutes.
  • AS A REMINDER PowerBar Pilates w/Michelle at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesdays is limited to nine participants.
