Group Fitness Instructors


Raydene Crawford
Raydene is a group exercise instructor who loves helping people accomplish their goals to achieve and maintain and healthy lifestyle. She enjoys teaching a variety of classes, especially HIIT training and Barre. Raydene has certifications in group fitness and personal training. Along with exercising, Raydene loves coaching volleyball, spending time with her family and utilizing her teaching degree from University of Texas at Tyler to homeschool her children. Raydene is also a certified Doula, assisting women during labor.
Jackie Horrocks
Jackie teaches Indoor Cycling and Surge. She has certifications in High Fitness and Barre. Jackie has a bachelor’s degree in advertising from Brigham Young University. When she’s not working out or running around with her three kids, she loves cooking and baking.
Beth Howard
Beth has been a fitness instructor at Waco Regional Tennis & Fitness for eight years. Beth is certified to teach numerous classes, including dance, Zumba, group fitness, Indoor Cycling, Silver Sneakers and Barre. She is also a RYT 200 Yoga instructor. Her passion is helping others stretch themselves physically, emotionally and spiritually by honoring and caring for their bodies and minds. Beth stresses the importance of breathing and recognizing our bodies attempt to communicate with us. Beth and her husband, Charles, have been married for over 35 years and have raised four wonderful children. They enjoy traveling and spending time with their Doodles, Ginger and Fender. Beth has completed numerous marathons, triathlons and for her 50th birthday, completed a full Ironman! Beth is a motivator, encourager and an inspiration to those who know her.
Misty Ives
Misty has been with WRTF since 2007 and teaches Body Shaping and Pilates. She has taught classes for over 20 years and holds certifications in personal training and group exercise. She says, “[Being an instructor] is a gloriously delightful stress reliever and hobby.” She is a fitness, travel and high-adrenaline enthusiast who enjoys being outside, hiking, biking, dancing and reading. When she’s not teaching she works remotely for the University of Miami and loves to visit the beach. She and her husband share four children.
Diane Kallus
Diane is a native of Central Texas. She grew up in Abbott, where she was always active in sports. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education at Baylor University. After 36 years, she retired from her career as an elementary teacher. Diane has certifications in Yoga and Silver Sneakers. Diane says she feels so blessed to be a part of the WRTF team. She hopes to empower and inspire others to remain active and lead their healthiest life no matter their age! When she’s not teaching, Diane enjoys reading and traveling. She loves spending time with her husband, Stephen, and two grown children, Zachary and Rachel.
Alicia Larsen
Alicia started her fitness journey as a WRTF member and became a group exercise instructor in 2010. Alicia earned her certification through Athletics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She is also well-trained in step aerobics, Pilates and Yoga. Her favorite classes to teach are Indoor Cycling, Body Shaping and Silver Sneakers. She strives to keep the beat with fun, choreographed music for her classes. Alicia and her husband, Wayne, own a construction company, Larsen Homes & Consulting, LLC. They love spending time with their grown children and grandchildren and traveling out of the country to bucket-list beach destinations.
Linda Littlewood
Linda has been one of our Yoga instructors since 2014. Linda’s interest in Yoga began 20 years ago while learning from several well-known Yoga teachers. She’s grateful to her mentor, and friend, who encouraged her to become an instructor. Her user-friendly style has evolved into a practice that is gentle, slow and repetitive. Her classes offer a deeply nourishing experience, combining an awareness of breath and alignment while exploring the science and art that is Yoga. Influenced by her dance background, Linda has many years experience in body movement. Linda and her husband, Harry, live on a farm in the same house they built 50 years ago when they married. Linda enjoys being outside in sunshine, tending to all things that grow.
Tessa Michel
Tessa is one of our Silver Sneakers instructors. She was born and raised in Central Texas. Tessa has certifications in group fitness and Silver Sneakers. She is a registered dental assistant and currently works in the dental field. Tessa and her husband share two grown sons.
Robin Nelson
Robin is from Austin and earned her degree in kinesiology at University of Texas and also played on the women’s lacrosse team while she was a student. She moved to Waco in 2018, but has been involved in fitness her whole life. Since 2001, she has been certified as a personal trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and has earned additional certifications in Yoga, Pilates, cycling and group exercise. Robin is also a certified mental health first aider as well as an energy coach and a certified industrial ergonomic evaluator. She loves being a part of the WRTF family! When she’s not teaching class, she works for Mars Wrigley as a regional well-being manager. Robin enjoys crafting, reading and cooking vegetarian meals.
