Meet Our Trainers


Alex Baksh

Alex Baksh is a personal trainer and group exercise instructor.  She graduated from China Spring High School in 2013.  Alex earned a degree in business from Tarleton State University.  She played sports throughout high school but found her true love for fitness 8 years ago when she joined the WRTF family.  Alex says, “Taking the first step and taking a class was the best decision I ever made.  I immediately was welcomed in and felt at home.”  She says the dedication and support all of the instructors/trainers showed her was something she knew she wanted to be a part of.  In 2017 Alex received her indoor cycling certification through Schwinn, and in 2018 she earned her Group Exercise certification through AFAA.  She enjoys pushing people to reach their goals and enjoys the process of watching them grow stronger and growing their confidence in the weight room.  When she is not at the gym, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Brett (who she met at WRTF in 2013!).  They enjoy outdoor activities and small getaway trips.  Colorado is one of their favorite places to visit.  Alex says, “I can’t promise you will meet your husband here, but I can promise you will meet some of the most incredible, genuine people!”


Stephanie Boone

Stephanie Boone is a personal trainer and group exercise instructor with over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry.  She is certified in group fitness and personal training through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America and also holds certifications in Turbo Kick (2006) and Indoor Cycling through AFAA (2010).  She has taught boot camps, circuit training, HIIT classes, kickboxing, indoor cycling and body shaping classes.  Stephanie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.  When she is not at the gym, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, Tyler, Payton and Ella.



Randal Corley

Randal Corley is a personal trainer and group exercise instructor.  He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Fitness from Baylor University.  Randal has a personal trainer certification through the Cooper Institute in Dallas.  He is an indoor cycling enthusiast with a background in athletic training.  His passion is developing individual health and fitness for his clients.  He and his wife Emily have five children and two grandchildren.



Christi London

Christi London has taught group fitness since 1997 and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Cooper Institute in Dallas.  Christi also has certifications through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (1997), LeMond Spinning (2003), Schwinn Cycling (2016), Turbokick (2009), SCW Boot Camp (2011), and SCW Sports Nutrition (2014).  Christi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Texas A&M University in College Station.  Whoop!  She earned her Masters in Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls.  She also has a certification through the state of Texas to teach Elementary Physical Education.  Along with personal training, Christi teaches Boot Camp and a variety of other group fitness classes.  Christi qualified for and ran the Boston 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 Marathons, the 2019 NYC Marathon, and she also qualified for Boston 2019 and Chicago 2020.  When she’s not at the gym, Christi enjoys following her three teenagers around to all of their activities.

I found my fitness family! It's a wonderful feeling when your gym is a place that feels like home. From pickleball groups to group fitness classes to boot camp, WRTF is a place where everyone knows your name!
