Connect yourself with your inner strength while improving posture and joint mobility.  This class focuses on stabilization of the torso; recruiting abdominal muscles and transferring that energy to innervate and strengthen the limbs through a series of movements that will both challenge you physically and mentally.

Get your weekend starting off with a great ride that will get your heart pumpin' and your legs churnin'!  Enjoy the different styles of our instructors, as we have a different instructor teach this class each Saturday of the month.

Orange Ball Beginner (Ages 6-12) – Spring Session Five

Court 7

Using low compression Orange Dot balls, our games-based instruction covers tennis basics.  Introduction to ground strokes, serve and net play as well as rules and scorekeeping.  Emphasis on preparing the player for point play and entry level competition.

Competitors (Ages 6-12) – Spring Session Five

Courts 8-18

Players are introduced to competition.  Drills may use Green Dot balls.  Match play will use Orange Dot.  Continued emphasis on basic technique along with an introduction to court position.  Added emphasis on rules and scorekeeping.  Minimal strength and conditioning exercises are required.

Yoga builds a strong body, mind and spirit.  This class incorporates yoga postures, breathing exercises and a mind focus to improve balance, strength and flexibility.

Sunday Yoga with Beth/Linda

Group Exercise Room

Yoga builds a strong body, mind and spirit.  This class incorporates yoga postures, breathing exercises and a mind focus to improve balance, strength and flexibility.  Beth teaches the first and third Sundays of each month.  Linda teaches the second and fourth (and fifth, if needed).
