An event every week that begins at 1:30 pm on Sunday, repeating until June 30, 2022
Yoga builds a strong body, mind and spirit. This class incorporates yoga postures, breathing exercises and a mind focus to improve balance, strength and flexibility. Beth teaches the first and third Sundays of each month. Linda teaches the second and fourth (and fifth, if needed).
