Summer Tennis Training – Advanced & High Performance Workouts

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, repeating until August 18, 2022
Workouts are scaled to the level of those in attendance on a given day. Includes technical work, live ball drills and point situation/match play scenarios and video analysis. Players must be capable of extended rallies. In addition, this group is required to do rather intense strength & conditioning, so should only be attempted by those looking to improve not only their tennis skills, but their physical and mental conditioning as well.
Weekly $95(members), $125(guests)
Daily $40(members), $50(guests)
Note: These workouts are in addition to the regular WRTA evening programs. Players enrolled in the WRTA year-round may use the above as part of their monthly workout or for make-up days – or the may pay reduced weekly rates in order to use the above as added practice.
