The Barre moves you know and love choreographed to popular music. Each song is choreographed to focus in on a specific muscle group. This muscular endurance class fuses elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga and strength training, while using light weights, gliders, bands and a ball to sculpt and tone the body – making it a great option for all fitness levels.
