Adult tennis Clinics / workouts schedule and description

MONDAY: 6:30pm-8:00pm Shot of the week

  Players with no or very little experience are welcome. Each stroke will be broken down by steps and thorough explanations. This is a very easy going drill. Men and Women welcome!

(members: $6.00; non-members: $8.00)

 

TUESDAY: 7:00pm-8:00pm USA 1,2,3

Continous 4 week clinic segment where a stroke is emphasized each week. Learn the game from technique, point play and scoring; this clinic is a great start to get involve in a lifelong sport! This drills apllies to beginners as well as players with tennis experience as participants will be placed in respective levels

 TUESDAY: 7:00pm-8:30pm BOOT CAMP

Boot Camp is a fun, fast pace and intense workout! Particiapnts will not only hit a 200 to 300 tennis balls, but will jump, lunge, squat, as well. Emphasis is on cardio, plyometrics and balance! Great workout!..if you can handle it!!!

WEDNESDAY: 7:00pm-8:00pm Men’s Drill (3.5 +)

 Mid week stress relief clinic. Quick dynamic warm up for 10 minutes. Fun team and individual point play from then on! This is a member’s favorite!

(members: $10.00; non-members: $15.00)

 

 THURSDAY: 8:30am-10:00am Ladies 3.5 + Clinic

 This clinic is for experienced players only! Variety of drills and point play. Doubles concepts and strategies are also heavily emphasized.

 SATURDAY: 8:30am-10:00am BOOT CAMP

Fun, fast pace workout; variety of drills and cardio exercises guaranteed to get your heart rate up. Music blasting, heart pumping and tons of Fun with games at the end!
